Kaiju Casette

Introduced in 2000, Bao Bao is a part of the Issey Miyake label and captures the brand’s highly conceptual aesthetic of sculptural quality and bold colour palettes in a collection of small accessories and bags. The Kaiju Casette from Bao Bao’s ‘Playful’ series is inspired by fantasy creatures. Its unique texture resembles a kaiju (monster) and features grained triangular embossing, resulting in a dynamic interplay of light and shade.
